The premise
I'm not a programmer. Never was.
I orchestrate AI agents instead. Claude Code, Cursor, HeyGen, MCP. The skill in 2026 isn't writing code — it's knowing what to ask the agent to build, how to gate the output, when to override.
Each project here is an experiment in what one person can ship when AI does most of the typing. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it ends up in the Vibecoded Graveyard. Both are useful.
